Por motivos laborales tengo que dejar el mundo sims así que no actualizare durante un largo tiempo este blog cuando el volumen de trabajo se estabilize volveré, eso seguro... Casa Jacky

Por fin tengo la nueva expansión, la verdad que esta muy bien
me encanta que haya tantos solares a pie de playa
así que nada mas ver ese solar, me vino la idea de hacer una mega casa con embarcadero incluido...
le he puesto el nombre de jacky como agradecimiento, a jacky la webmaster de Pasión por los sims, por todo el apoyo que siempre me ha brindado
Bueno comencemos....
la casa esta situada en el solar senda del surf, n33
con un tamaño de 35X35, esta construido en diferentes niveles
aprovechando la pendiente del terreno

en primer plano tenemos el aparcamiento de dos plazas y la
entrada principal al recinto, bajando las múltiples escaleras
llegamos al jardin principal, donde nos encontramos con dos edificios, la casa principal a la izquierda y a la derecha el edificio
donde esta el embarcadero, la piscina que esta ubicada en la
planta alta, la caracteristica de esta piscina es que es tipo
acuario, para así poder disfrutar de las vistas de la bahia mientras
buceas o nadar

Para poder acceder a la piscina hay que utilizar unas escaleras
de caracol, que aparte de la piscina esta la zona chill-out con una pequeña barra de bar y un comedor interior.
la casa posee un pequeño muelle donde esta el jacuzzi
exterior rodeado de una gran vegetación.
la casa tiene cuatro plantas, la principal donde esta el salón
y el comedor, estas dos zonas estan divididas por un mural
que esconden unas escaleras para ir a la planta superior
la sala esta decorada con los colores de este otoño 2013
el mural de las conchas, lo he modificado, le he bajado la altura
y he creado un positivo y negativo, para así tener mas profundidad
el mural, tambien he modificado la mesa midcentury, para mi gusto
era muy pequeña, así que la hecho mas grande,,,
os gusta el resultado?
En la segunda planta, estan ubicadas las habitaciones que son
tipo suite con baño incorporado y la terraza con vistas a la bahia
en esta misma planta hay unas escaleras de caracol que dan acceso al helipuerto, si hasta tiene helipuerto, esta casa la he
hecho a lo grande...
como os comente, esta casa tiene cuatro plantas, si  contais
solo he comentado tres, la cuarta es el sotano, pero como
ya estaba cansado lo he dejado sin terminar, tan solo tiene
el acceso por las escaleras, las obras os las dejo a vosotros...

Casa Astoria

Hola, hacia tiempo que no construía ninguna casa ahora casi hago mas cosas para el otro blog ( el de la boutique) así que pensé que ya era hora...
por eso cree esta nueva casa, la casa consta de 2 plantas en la planta baja ,que es la de la planta de calle, toda planta es diáfana y abierta tan solo la zona de la cocina y el lavadero.

la casa esta abierta por la parte trasera por unos grandes balcones delimitados por una gran barandilla de cristal, donde tiene unas magnificas vistas de la laguna. En la planta alta, están las dos habitaciones, como un pequeño wc y la gran biblioteca ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hola hacía mucho tiempo que no actualizaba este blog, más que nada me me habia centrado en el de
la boutique dejean , haciendo ropa y creando tiendas...
Creo recordar que lo último que hice fue la store de Nespresso, hahaha otra tienda, es que me chiflan
no lo puedo remediar....

Por eso he decidido crear una casa que hacia un montón que no creaba una.
La casa esta construida en un solar de 40x40, en lo alto de la montaña, así que imaginaros
las vistas....

Me inspirado en las tipicas casas minimalista de la america de los 60's, y tambien tiene un poco del
estilo Pabellón Barcelona de mies van de rohe, sobre todo en la lamina de agua y en que la casa esta apoyada en unos pilares que descansan en la piscina.

La entrada principal  tiene un pequeño porche, a ras de piscina, la planta baja, esta dividida en 4 zonas principales, el comedor que esta ubicado en el ala izquierda, el salon de estar con salida a
la piscina trasera, la cocina tipo pecera y un gran hall donde hay una peculiar zona de lectura
con vistas a la piscina, en esta planta tambien hay un lavabo de cortesia, para acceder a la primera
planta se accede por unas escaleras, resguardadas tras unas vidrieras.

La planta de arriba esta toda distribuida para la zona de descanso, dividido en tres zonas
dormitorio, baño y zona de estar, todo la planta esta formada por grandes ventanales
donde se divisa todo el skyline de la ciudad
